Digging for Demons

Deep underground, a remote gold mine unearths an unspeakable horror intent on escaping the mine to wreak havoc on earth. With no power, equipment or light, the miners find themselves in a fight for survival against waves of demonic black beasts, as they head for the surface on foot.
Hammer, an orphaned loner, must overcome his reticence to rely on his fellow miners and work together to rescue injured workers.
On the surface, Cowboy, the mine rescue chief attempts to mobilize his team to recover the miners with no communications and limited resources.
A tight-lipped team of Agents mysteriously appear on site to take control of the situation despite the mine management’s reluctance to relinquish control, having doubts about the validity of the Agency’s claims to help.
In this bloody fight in the darkness, the miners are forced to dig into their own primeval, violent instincts to escape this unknown force of evil.
