David Grapengeter is an underground gold miner, who enjoys writing as one of his favorite hobbies. His adventurous past includes, working as a commercial diver, woodland firefighter, roughneck on oil rigs around the world and zookeeper, among many other things. He has enjoyed living in Texas, Louisiana and the United Arab Emirates. David grew up in Alaska and has since returned where he now resides with his wife, children and two needy dogs. His dream is to one day move to Australia and to lead troops to survival during the zombie apocalypse.
